Zambia is currently hosting the 2017 IJF academy Instructor level one coaching course taking place at the Olympic Youth Development Centre.
Minister of Youth, Sport and Child Development Moses Mawere, officially opened the course yesterday and encouraged all the participants to take advantage of the instructors conducting the sessions to learn more on judo.
The minister said government is happy that the coaching course which involves practicals was being conducted in Zambia.
Over 20 participants from 11 African countries are taking part in the course.
The coaching course will end on the 22 May, 2017.
