The fifth edition of the Chinese Ambassadors Table Tennis Championship is set to take place on the 21st October, 2017. Olympic Youth Development Centre (OYDC) Director Clement Chileshe, has disclosed that the Centre has continued to contribute massively to the development of sport in the country despite various challenges the institution is facing. Cieran James, a volunteer with the Wallace Group has bid fare well to football players who train from the Olympic Youth Development Centre. James, who’s from Loughborough University, has been in Zambia for six weeks and during he’s stay he coached football in different parts of the country, which include Fountain of Hope, Mtendere Township, Kalingalinga, Chipata Township and OYDC.

The project was aimed at reducing HIV/AIDS infections among adolescent girls between the age of 18 and 24 years.
