Surgicorps Hosts Successful Second Pickleball Clinic at OYDC Zambia
Surgicorps hosted its second pickleball clinic this week at OYDC Zambia, attracting an impressive 80 youth participants. The young athletes not only learned new skills and enjoyed the fun-filled sessions but also received tennis shoes and other items generously provided by the Surgicorps team.
Special appreciation goes to Val, Conni, Jim, Sue, and all the helpers for their dedication, as well as to OYDC Zambia’s Acting CEO, Mr. Benjamin Tembo, and Programs Manager, Mwange Kampamba, who graced the event with their presence and support.
The four-day clinics, which ran from Monday to Thursday, September 15–19, 2025, concluded on a high note as the budding pickleballers were awarded medals of participation. The gesture left them motivated and inspired to continue nurturing their passion for the sport.
