National netball team set to travel to Namibia

Netball Zambia President Martha Sichone has paid gratitude to the OYDC Zambia management for accommodating netballers who are set to travel to Namibia for two competitions. The team is expected to leave for Namibia on Wednesday, 27 October 2021. Sichone says the national team has been in residential comp at the OYDC stating that training was worthwhile.She adds that Netball Zambia expects the girls to win the competitions and earn more points which can see them improve their world ranking. OlympAfrica taekwondo athlete Luckson Tembo on Saturday 23 October flogged his opponent Wilson Malambo from Zed Lion in five seconds during the Teulings Youth Sports Challenge. TeQball Federation of Zambia has handed over ten teqball tables to different clubs as a way to kick off it’s National League games. OYDC Handball team dominates Teulings

The OYDC boy’s handball team has recorded an impressive performance by dominating the Teulings Youth Sports Challenge in week seven. Team coach Moses Tonga during weekend games disclosed that his boys have been competing with teams like Silver rest, Bluewood, Kamwala, Msisi, Go Getters, Ndeke, Kasisi, and Chongwe.
