OYDC hosts African Netball Championship

The Olympic Youth Development Centre (OYDC) will from 13th to 18th August, 2018 host the Africa Netball Championship.

Seven countries namely Botswana, Namibia, Malawi, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Uganda and Zambia the host will be competing in the games being used as world cup qualifiers.

20 netball players from the Zambia netball national team have been camped at the OYDC in preparation of the prestigious games.

The championship has been organised by the Ministry of Youth, Sport and Child Development, International Netball Federation (INF) and the Zambia Netball Association.
