OYDC to host ‘Three Nations’ boxing Championship

OYDC Zambia – Sports Development Centre will host a three nations boxing Championship from 26 to 27 March 2022.

The Championship will see athletes from Mozambique, Zimbabwe and Zambia the host participating.

Charges to watch the Championship has been pegged at K20 and is organised by Zambia Boxing Federation in conjunction with Zambia National Service.

OYDC previously hosted a similar Championship in 2018 where Malawian and Zambian boxers battled it out.

During the Championship Zambia’s representative at the 2016 Rio Olympics Games, Benny Muziyo flogged his opponent Elias Kasim in 10 seconds to record a breath taking TKO win.
