OYDC Zambia Proudly Supports DMI-St. Eugene University Annual Sports Day 2026

OYDC Zambia was honoured to be part of the DMI-St. Eugene University Zambia Annual Sports Day held under the inspiring theme “Together We Play, Together We Grow.”

Representing OYDC Zambia as Guest of Honour, Programmes Manager Mwange Kampamba officially opened the event and encouraged students to embrace sport as a powerful tool for personal growth, leadership, discipline, and academic success.

In her address, she emphasized that sports and academics complement each other, helping young people develop the resilience, teamwork, and time-management skills needed to succeed both in the classroom and in life.

She further emphasized that OYDC Zambia remains committed to fostering strategic partnerships that advance youth empowerment and sports development.

She noted that discussions are already underway to identify and explore potential areas of collaboration between the two organizations, aimed at creating meaningful opportunities and achieving shared objectives.

The event brought together students, lecturers, and staff in a vibrant celebration of football, volleyball, netball, athletics, and other sporting activities, showcasing talent, unity, and school spirit.
