Two beach volleyball players dominate OYDC/Teulings games
Bridget Muyambano and Prisca Phiri on Saturday 9th April 2022 dominated the OYDC/Teulings games by beating their rivals 3-0.
Beauty Ngungu and Beatrice Mwape could not stand the chance to score against their competitors who reigned supreme at the end of the games.
Assistant coach for the wining players Clifford Chileya says the girls who lost the games did not show commitment when on the field of play stating that they need more training.
He adds that the games are helping coaches to identify players who can be recommended for selection for local and regional games.
He has since thanked OYDC and Teulings for the well organised league games hosted every weekend.
Meanwhile, other games which were hosted include; hockey, basketball and teqball.
The league games attract teams from communities and schools and usually engage talented players below the age of 18 years.
